I see myself as a teacher, trainer, mentor and coach who encourages private individuals, managers, employees and teams to use the resources and conditions at their disposition to reach their highest possible performance level.
I like to learn a lot about the function of the person or group I am training or coaching.
I am versatile in that I fit in easily in various areas and can train and coach at all hierarchical levels.
I am not judgemental in any way and thoroughly enjoy dealing with various different characters, teasing out their potential and building their confidence.
I am passionate about what I do and dedicated to each and every client I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
